Last month I ordered a few bath bombs from the website for my daughter for Christmas [and one for mom, she's got to treat herself, too ;) ]. There was a slight mixup and I didn't recieve my entire order. I contacted customer service and they were very attentive dispite this crazy busy time of year. Jasmine not only responded kindly and quickly, but sent out the additional bath bombs I hadn't received. I finally was able to use the one I got for me today and it was wonderful.
